TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject of the public contract is the supply of electric buses of the following composition: (i) 3 pcs (three units) of new two-axle, three-door, low-floor buses for electric propulsion in the category 11-13 m; (ii) 3 pcs (three units) of new three-axle, four-door, articulated low-floor auto-buses for electric propulsion in the category 17-18.75 m; all in accordance with the technical specification, which forms Annex No 4 to the procurement documents and which will form Annex to the concluded framework agreement and purchase contract concluded on the basis thereof. The subject of the public contract also includes related supplies and services, for which the obligation to deliver or provide arises from the draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No 1 to the procurement documents, and from the draft purchase contract, which forms Annex No 3 to the procurement documents.
