TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the delivery and installation of new breathalyser testers with accessories for up to 77 of the contracting authority’s trams, including their commissioning. The scope of performance includes the supply of mouthpieces for a period of 4 years, and also the provision of regular servicing of the breathalyser testers and their calibration, out-of-warranty and in-warranty service, remote management and updating of the relevant SW, for a period of 10 years. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of vehicles that are to be the subject of the work, due to the withdrawal of a vehicle from operation, in particular due to damage in a traffic accident or other extraordinary event, or when restoring the fleet.
