TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of 122 pcs (with an optional possibility of 15 pcs more) of new multifunction printing devices to the ownership of the contracting authority, including their transport, unloading, relocation, installation, connection and physical installation at the places of performance. The delivery also includes technical set-up, configuration and integration of the devices into the contracting authority’s information environment, provision of all necessary licences and deployment of an on-premise software system for secure print and scan management. The subject of the contract also includes carrying out functional and acceptance tests, commissioning for production operation, handover of documentation and training of employees. This performance is followed by the provision of service services for a period of 60 months with an option to extend for a further 36 months to ensure operational capability, security and the agreed level of services (SLA).
