TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the supply of 15 units of BEMU railway vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the “vehicles”) fully capable of operation on railway tracks of gauge 1,435 mm within the territory of the Czech Republic, including all permits, approvals, consents and registrations which, pursuant to legislation, are valid on the date of handover of the relevant vehicle to the contracting authority and which will enable the contracting authority to properly operate and use the vehicles in the territory of the Czech Republic without restriction.
