TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of goods – a bundled supply of electricity, including taking over responsibility for deviation and ensuring distribution to the contracting authority’s points of consumption, in quality meeting the technical requirements of the operator of the distribution system (PDS), while complying with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical requirements and the PDS operating code for the contractual period for each point of consumption. The contracting authority, Mesto Púchov, publishes the contract as an occasional joint public procurement procedure pursuant to Section 16 of Act No 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on amendments to certain laws, as amended. After the successful tenderer has been determined, the participating contracting authorities will separately conclude contracts for the subject of the contract with this successful tenderer.
