TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy to the public contracting authority's consumption points and the assumption of responsibility for deviations, in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, while complying with the related applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and standards, and the operating rules of the distribution system operator (hereinafter referred to as "DSO") for the contractual period for each consumption point (hereinafter referred to as "CP"), in an estimated amount of approximately 28,000 MWh over 48 months (years 2027 to 2030), i.e., 7,000 MWh per calendar year for all consumption points of the public contracting authority.
