TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject matter of the public contract is 1 unit (one piece) of a new two-axle, two-door, low-floor bus for electric propulsion in the category 8–10 m according to the technical specifications, which form Annex No. 4 to the tender documentation and which will form an annex to the concluded framework agreement and to the purchase contracts concluded on the basis thereof. The subject matter of the public contract also includes related supplies and services for which the obligation to deliver or provide arises from the draft of the framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation, and from the draft of the purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation.
