TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the creation, operation and development of a functional unit for the monitoring of water management infrastructure for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations established by: - Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage for the public, and amending certain other laws (the Act on water supply and sewerage), as amended, and its implementing regulations, - Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on waters and amending certain other laws (Water Act), as amended, and its implementing regulations, - methodological guidelines related to these acts. The public contract includes the following activities: - development and delivery of the functional unit, - temporary services with fixed deliverables (from the start of pilot operation to handover and acceptance of the functional unit), - services with fixed deliverables (regular operation services, corrective support services, preventive support services, user support), - services with performance-based deliverables (development services, minor development, professional services).
