TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the creation, operation and development of a functional unit for the evidence of water management infrastructure for the purpose of fulfilling obligations set out in: - Act No 274/2001 Sb., on water supply and sewerage for public purposes and on the amendment of certain other laws (the Act on water supply and sewerage), as amended, and in its implementing regulations, - Act No 254/2001 Sb., on waters and on the amendment of certain other laws (the Water Act), as amended, and in its implementing regulations, - methodological instructions related to these Acts. The public contract includes the following activities: - development and delivery of a functional unit, - temporary services with fixed performance (from the start of pilot operation to handover and acceptance of the functional unit), - services with fixed performance (services of proper operation, corrective support services, preventive support services, user support), - services with performance-based delivery (development services, minor development, professional services).
