TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply, implementation, and subsequent provision of technical support services for the ASV (Automated Security Validation) system solution, as a platform installed locally (on-premise) on the contracting authority’s infrastructure, for the purpose of automatic security validation and assessment of security risks within the contracting authority’s cyber environment (hereinafter referred to as the “ASV system”). The ASV system will enable the contracting authority’s security analysts to effectively test the resilience of security measures and respond to non-compliance with security standards. It will also serve to meet the requirement to ensure a cybersecurity system pursuant to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity, as amended. The provision of technical support services for the ASV system will be for a period of 48 months from the date of completion and acceptance of the ASV system by the contracting authority (i.e. from the date on which the ASV system goes into live operation).
