TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply of interior fittings for newly built buildings in the Bekon complex, specifically for the Archive, the Polyclinic and the Sports House. The supplied interior fittings must meet the minimum technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4 to the tender documentation (Itemized budget) and in Annex No. 5 to the tender documentation (Project documentation). The subject of performance of this public contract also includes ensuring transport to the place of destination (up to the individual rooms, including carrying in), assembly, installation in the designated spaces, minor construction assistance (connection of kitchens and fittings underneath), and cleaning of the designated spaces. In addition, as part of the delivery, certificates regarding the health safety of the used structures and materials and warranty, technical sheets, and where applicable manuals for operation and maintenance, as well as workshop documentation for non-standard interior elements (depending on the nature of the matter) will be provided.
