TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply of interior furnishings for newly built facilities of the Bekon complex, specifically for the Archive, the Polyclinic and the Sports House. The supplied interior furnishings must meet the minimum technical parameters set out in Annex No. 4 to the Tender Documents (Itemized Budget) and in Annex No. 5 to the Tender Documents (Project Documentation). The subject of performance of the public contract also includes ensuring delivery to the place of destination (up to the individual rooms, including carrying-in), assembly, installation in the designated areas, minor construction assistance (connection of kitchens and, where applicable, utilities), and cleaning of the designated areas. Furthermore, as part of the delivery, certificates will be provided attesting to the health harmlessness of the structural elements and materials used and warranty and technical datasheets, and, where applicable, operating and maintenance manuals and workshop documentation for atypical interior elements (depending on the nature of the matter).
