TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply of office paper of sizes A4 and A3 (hereinafter referred to as the “goods”) for the organizational units of the central contracting authority specified in Appendix No. 5 to the Procurement Documentation - the Binding Draft Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Appendix No. 5 to the Procurement Documentation”) within the estimated volume and scope specified in the Procurement Documentation and its appendices. Further specifications of the subject of performance, technical conditions and the requirements of the Central Contracting Authority for the supply of office supplies are set out in Appendix No. 3 to the Procurement Documentation - Assortment (hereinafter referred to as “Appendix No. 3 to the Procurement Documentation”). Apart from the supply of office supplies, the subject of this public contract includes delivery to the place of destination in accordance with the requirements of the individual Contracting Authorities.
