TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the supply of three types of office paper in A4 formats (quality A, B and C) and one type of office paper in A3 formats (quality A) for printing and copying equipment in accordance with the specification below (hereinafter also only “Goods”) and the provision of related services. The supplier is required to complete in Appendix No 1 to the tender documentation – Specification of the Goods – the individual technical parameters of the offered Goods, with the completed Appendix subsequently forming Appendix No 2 to the framework agreement. The supplier is entitled, within the individual categories of office paper (i.e. A4-1, A4-2, A4-3, A3-1), to offer multiple alternatives of paper meeting the required technical parameters, which will be supplied within the relevant category. The price of all variants of the supplied office paper within the respective category will always be the same. Where more than one alternative of office paper is offered, the supplier shall correspondingly adjust Appendix No 1 to the tender documentation – Specification of the Goods, by inserting a new column for the relevant table of the appendix.
