TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the continuous supply of funeral flower gifts for funeral ceremonies (wreaths, bouquets, funeral floral arrangements and related supplies), based on partial requirements of the contracting authority. The delivery also includes transporting the goods to the place of performance specified in the order, in particular to the crematorium, the ceremony hall, the cemetery, the church or another place within the territory of the statutory city of Brno. The scope of performance does not include work at the place of delivery, in particular arranging or installation work. Within the contractual relationship, the contracting authority will ensure for the supplier the sale (on the basis of a commission) of funeral flower gifts that are listed in Annex No. 2 to the draft contract, which is Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation.
