TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the phased delivery of a total of 7 units of handling equipment (forklifts, electric platform and pallet low-lift trucks, and manual pallet trucks) for the needs of the future operation of the Multifunction Sports and Cultural Hall in Brno (hereinafter referred to as “MFH”), while the contracting authority is the future operator of the MFH. The delivery also includes transport of the handling equipment to the place of performance (MFH), commissioning, and training of the equipment operators (the contracting authority’s employees), always upon delivery of the first unit of the respective type of handling equipment, as well as warranty service (regular service during the warranty period). The delivery also includes submission of all related documents for the handling equipment (instructions, service manuals, etc.). All handling equipment must be new and, if it is the same type of required handling equipment, it must be handling equipment of the same kind (so it cannot be, for example, different models); the contracting authority does not allow delivery of refurbished handling equipment.
