TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of road solvent-based white and yellow paints, balotins, and solvents (thinners), suitable for application with spray guns and nozzles without the need for device modifications, intended for use on high-pressure marking machines (spray guns + nozzles) of the AIRLESS type, compatible at least with the machines: -HOFMANN H18-1 AIRLESS, -HOFMANN H9 AIRLESS, -hand-guided markers. Minimum technical requirements for the subject of the public contract are provided in text form in the contracting authority's commercial and technical conditions, which are Annex No. 2 to this tender documentation under the name "Draft Framework Agreement". Performance parameters For solvent-based white paint, a minimum requirement for retroreflection (R) is set at least 150 mcd·m⁻²·lx⁻¹ after 24 months, whereby this value is determined as the average of all measured points. The supplier is obliged to prove compliance with this requirement by a product catalog sheet, or alternatively a technical sheet or a corresponding certificate.
