TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the delivery of an intense computing solution in accordance with the Technical Specification of the subject of performance, which forms Appendix No. 1 to the procurement documentation. The bid must include a detailed and exact specification of the offered subject of this public contract. This specification must contain the technical parameters of both hardware and software, at least to the extent of the parameters required for the hardware and software in Appendix No. 1 to the procurement documentation. The actual parameters of the supplied goods offered must be, in terms of their quality, the same as or higher than the specified parameters. A detailed specification may also be submitted in the English language. Further details relating to the subject of this public contract are provided in the procurement documentation, Appendix No. 1, the Bid form and the commercial terms.
