TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the provision of the following services by the supplier: i. delivery of an agenda information system (hereinafter referred to as “PORT”), consisting in the phased development and implementation of the PORT, which means its phased creation, development and implementation into the server and communications infrastructure ensured by the supplier for its operation; and ii. ensuring the operation of the PORT, including ensuring the server and communications infrastructure ensured by the supplier for its operation and providing cooperation in the migration of data from the current software solution used by the contracting authority to the PORT, with the understanding that this infrastructure will be a cloud computing service within the meaning of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems of public administration and on amendments to certain other laws, as amended.
