TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of 3 pcs of stationary skiagraphic X-ray devices with direct digitization and a floor stand, according to the Technical Specification, which is Annex No. 1 of the Contract, which is Annex No. 1 of this tender documentation. Furthermore, the contracting authority requires the dismantling and disposal of existing devices, provision of service security and repairs including the supply of spare parts for a minimum period of 24 months, and the free execution of safety-technical inspections in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices, or in vitro medical devices, as amended, which are necessary for the operation of this device. Furthermore, the execution of all prescribed or recommended inspections and revisions including the issuance of protocols (by the manufacturer, service organization or legal regulations) so that the medical device meets the conditions set out in Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices, or in vitro medical devices as amended.
