TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the Public Contract is the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of a multi-user virtual reality training system intended for training security forces. The system must allow the simultaneous connection of five users within a single training scenario and must include a central operator workstation. The entire solution, in particular with regard to hardware architecture, network infrastructure, and the licensing model, must be designed so that it can be expanded in the future to ten simultaneously connected users without the need to replace the system’s core components. The supplied solution must be conceived as a fully integrated functional unit, including all hardware, software, and network components necessary for its proper operation. The installation must be carried out as a “turnkey” delivery so that it is not necessary to make interventions in the contracting authority’s existing infrastructure beyond the previously defined readiness of the premises.
