TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract is the supply of medical devices, warranty service, and out-of-warranty service. A purchase agreement and a service agreement for out-of-warranty service will be concluded. The offered equipment must meet the minimum technical parameters specified in the technical specification, Annex No. 2 to the Tender Documentation. The public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the ZZVZ.
