TENDER DESCRIPTION
1.1 The subject of the contract is the regular supply of natural gas to the supply points of public contracting authorities, i.e. their legal entities, including taking over liability for imbalance, distribution and excise duty, in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, in compliance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions and the operating rules of the distribution system operator from 01.01.2027 at 00:00 to 31.12.2029 at 24:00.
