TENDER DESCRIPTION
1.1 The subject of this contract is the regular supply of natural gas to the contracting authorities’ offtake points, i.e. their legal entities, including taking responsibility for imbalance, distribution and excise duty, in a quality that complies with the technical requirements of the distribution network operator, while complying with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical requirements and the operating rules of the distribution network operator from 01.01.2027 at 00:00 hours to 31.12.2028 at 24:00 hours.
