TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the performance of the public contract “Supply of up to 40 articulated low-floor trolleybuses with alternative propulsion” is the supply of up to 40 articulated low-floor trolleybuses with alternative propulsion and the conclusion of a contract to ensure warranty, non-warranty and post-warranty service (hereinafter also referred to as the “service contract”), under which the supplier undertakes to provide the contracting authority with warranty, non-warranty and post-warranty services in relation to the trolleybuses supplied pursuant to the framework agreement. All trolleybuses must have technical characteristics specified in the technical specification included in Annex to the Tender Documentation (ZD) – Schedule of requirements for the supply of articulated low-floor trolleybuses with alternative propulsion.
