• The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of arterial and venous cannulas for short-term and medium-term mechanical cardiac support for the General University Hospital in Prague. • The subject of the public contract is also defined by the binding draft contract, which is annex no. 2 to the tender conditions, annex no. 8 to the tender conditions – Itemized Price List, and annex no. 9 to the tender conditions – Technical Parameters of the subject of performance. • The quantity of the subject of performance in individual items stated in annex no. 8 to the tender conditions – Itemized Price List, is indicative, respectively estimated. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and the delivery period of individual partial supplies according to its immediate or current needs taking into account the patient composition, without penalty or other sanction from the selected supplier.
