TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of this public contract is the continuous supply of consumables, single-use bipolar electrosurgical instruments for vascular fusion (hereinafter also referred to as “goods”) for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter also referred to as “GUH”) including the loan of the generator. For the duration of the purchase contract for recurring performance of goods supply, the selected supplier shall provide the contracting authority, free of charge, for temporary use, with an electrosurgical generator (hereinafter also referred to as the “subject of the loan”) and shall, at its own expense, ensure free-of-charge servicing and regular maintenance.
