TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements between the individual contracting authorities and a single supplier, on the basis of which public contracts for the supply of a medicinal product of liquid medical oxygen (hereinafter referred to as “medical oxygen” or “liquid medical oxygen”) will be awarded. The subject of the procurement procedure also includes - arranging servicing of liquid medical oxygen containers (hereinafter referred to as “container”) at all contracting authorities, - the rental of a liquid medical oxygen container with a telemetric unit in the case of Znojmo Hospital, příspěvková organizace, and TGM Hodonín Hospital, příspěvková organizace, and - the rental of a telemetric unit in the case of Břeclav Hospital, příspěvková organizace. The subject of the framework agreements is to ensure continuous supplies of liquid medical oxygen, including logistical provision for the supplies, the rental of containers, the rental of telemetric units and servicing of the containers, in accordance with all the conditions stated in this tender documentation and its annexes, so as to ensure proper operation of the contracting authorities…
