TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with three suppliers, to whom subsequent specific public contracts will be awarded using the procedure pursuant to Section 132(3)(c) of the ZZVZ (i.e. a combination of procedures with and without reopening of competition) and according to the rules set out in the tender documentation. The subject of the specific public contracts is the supply of rails of shapes (profiles) 49E1, 60E2 and R65 made of steel of grade R260 to the contracting authority’s organisational units within the territory of the Czech Republic in order to ensure operability of the railway track infrastructure, for the repair and maintenance of tracks in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority’s organisational units, and, where necessary, also for investment projects. The rails will be supplied in the typically manufactured lengths for continuously welded track (at least 74 m), including loading, acceptance and transport to the place of destination (excluding unloading of the material at the place of destination).
