The subject of performance of this public contract is the ongoing supply of oxygenators, including accessories, according to the specifications contained in this tender documentation (hereinafter also referred to as “goods”) for the Cardiac Surgery Department of the contracting authority in accordance with its current requirements, whereas the goods may consist only of medical devices registered in the VZP index with an assigned valid code of the medical device as of the date of submission of bids.
