The subject of performance of this public contract is the ongoing supply of oxygenators, including accessories, according to the specification contained in this tender documentation (hereinafter also referred to as the “goods”) for the Cardiac Surgery Clinic of the contracting authority in accordance with its current requirements, whereby the goods may be only medical devices registered in the VZP register of prices with an assigned valid code for the medical device as of the date of submission of tenders.
