TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of public contracts awarded in a dynamic purchasing system will be the delivery of fuels specified in the tender documentation. Diesel fuel will be supplied into the contracting authority’s own storage facility with a maximum capacity of 32,000 litres. The tank is not equipped with a pumping transfer device; the supplier must be able to ensure filling of this tank. The contracting authority does not divide the public contract in the dynamic purchasing system into separate categories. The expected frequency of calls for tenders is 8 times per year. The expected consumption of diesel fuel amounts to 190,000 litres per one calendar year. Public contracts in the dynamic purchasing system will be awarded at previously undetermined irregular intervals, which will depend in particular on the contracting authority’s operational requirements. The contracting authority does not commit itself to taking the stated quantity of diesel fuel. The subject matter of the individual public contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will be defined in each call for tenders in the sense of Section 141 of Act No 134/2016…
