TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is contractual provision of supplies of Painting materials with selected tenderers for planned investment projects, planned repairs, and ensuring the elimination of an emergency condition in the supply of Painting materials for safe and reliable operation of distribution network equipment for the period 10/2027 – 09/2033. With regard to the scope of the contract, which is an above-threshold contract, the procedure will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, as amended. The contract is divided into parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the ZZVZ. Part 1 of the public contract – Solvent-based Painting materials Part 2 of the public contract – Water-based Painting materials The result of the public contract awarded by means of a Negotiated Procedure with Publication is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of goods for 72 months with 3 selected tenderers with the lowest price offer for the model case in each Part of the Contract.
