TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract with one tenderer (supplier) for a period of 1 year, under which the supplier will continuously deliver to the contracting authority goods in accordance with the specifications set out below (see Annex No. 2 to these tender documents), according to the contracting authority’s requirements and needs, including transport by the supplier to the contracting authority’s place of delivery, including all any fees or payments related thereto. The scope of performance includes sewing an electronic HF chip into a special pouch for the electronic recording of personal linen (chip sample see Annex No. 6 to these tender documents). The contracting authority will provide deliveries of the chips, including the pouches. The chip will be sewn in according to the contracting authority’s requirements into each item of clothing, see Annex No. 2 – Specification of the subject matter of performance.
