TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract with a single tenderer (supplier) for a period of 1 year, under which the supplier will continuously deliver goods to the contracting authority in accordance with the specifications set out below (see Annex No. 2 to these tender documents), according to its requirements and needs, including delivery by the supplier to the contracting authority’s place of destination, including all any related fees or payments. The scope of performance includes sewing in an HF electronic chip in a special pocket for electronic records of personal linen (a chip sample is shown in Annex No. 6 to these tender documents). The contracting authority will supply the chips, including the pockets. The chip will be sewn in as required by the contracting authority into each item of clothing; see Annex No. 2 – Specification of the subject of performance.
