The subject of the public contract is repeated and ongoing supplies of tests, consumables, and reagents necessary for laboratory analyses (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") based on the contracting authority's orders according to its current needs. The subject of the public contract also includes a free loan of the necessary technology, consisting of analyzers connected to the automatic line or freestanding, the automatic line, and IT solutions (i.e., middleware) (hereinafter also "equipment"), all according to Annex No. 2 of the volume – Technical Conditions of the Loan, including their servicing and maintenance for the entire duration of the purchase contract.
