TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is repeated and ongoing deliveries of tests, consumables and reagents required for laboratory analyses (hereinafter also referred to as the “goods”) on the basis of orders placed by the contracting authority according to its current needs. The subject of the public contract also includes the free loan of the required technology, consisting of analyzers connected to an automated line or stand-alone, automated lines, and IT solutions (i.e. middleware) (hereinafter also referred to as “equipment”), all in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the volume – Technical conditions of the loan, including their service and maintenance for the entire duration of the purchase contract.
