TENDER DESCRIPTION

• The subject matter of the performance of the public contract is ongoing deliveries of consumables for a neutral plasma operating system (hereinafter also referred to as “goods”) for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as “VFN”). • During the term of the purchase contract for recurring performance of deliveries of the goods, the selected supplier shall provide the contracting authority, free of charge, for temporary use, with 1 unit of a plasma operating system, including accessories (hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the loan”), and shall ensure, at its own expense, its free-of-charge service and regular maintenance. • The subject matter of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the “public contract”) is also defined by the binding draft contract documents that are attached as Annex No. 2 to the tender documents (Annex No. 2a – Draft purchase contract, and Annex No. 2b – Draft loan contract), Annex No. 8 to the tender documents – Itemized price list, and Annex No. 9 to the tender documents – Technical parameters of the subject matter of the performance (Annex No. 9a – Technical parameters of the goods, and…
