TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of catering to social services facilities in the following dietary regimes: a) normal diet (3), b) diabetic diet (9), c) liquid diet (0), d) pureed diet (1), and e) low-fat diet with a restriction on fats (4), with the condition that the normal diet will include at least 3 meals per day consisting of: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The remaining diets include, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, also an afternoon snack. Lunch always includes soup as well. Lunch is always a hot meal. Beverages are not provided by the Supplier. All types of diets must also be provided in the form of minced food (as ordered by the Contracting Authority). The maximum number of clients to whom food will be delivered per day is 18; the maximum number of employees to whom food will be delivered per day is 17.
