TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract, or its Part No. 8, consists of ongoing deliveries of catheterisation systems with accessories. The offered medical devices must comply with Act No. 375/2022 Sb., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended and effective (hereinafter referred to as “Act on medical devices”), and must meet the requirements stated in the contracting authority’s specifications contained in this tender documentation (hereinafter also referred to as “goods”). The deliveries of the goods will be carried out via the consignment stock of the Cardiology Clinic of the contracting authority.
