TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of this public contract is the continuous supply of extra-light low-sulphur heating oil (hereinafter also referred to as “TOEL”) into two tankers at the Home for Social Care Tmavý Důl (hereinafter also referred to as the “fuel storage facility”) for the contracting authority’s needs, in an estimated quantity of 170,000 litres for the duration of the framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Act (hereinafter also referred to as the “framework agreement”), according to the specification in Annex No. 3 to the tender documents. The result of the public contract will be the conclusion of a framework agreement between the contracting authority and one selected supplier. On the basis of this framework agreement, individual purchase contracts will subsequently be concluded (in the form of the contracting authority’s purchase orders confirmed by the supplier) with the above-mentioned subject of performance.
