TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of this public contract consists of ongoing supplies of extra light low-sulphur heating oil (hereinafter also referred to as “TOEL”) into two tankers at the Domov sociální péče Tmavý Důl (hereinafter also referred to as the “fuel storage”) for the needs of the contracting authority in the estimated quantity of 170,000 litres for the duration of the framework agreement in accordance with Section 131 of the Act (hereinafter also referred to as the “framework agreement”), as specified in Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation. The result of the public contract will be the conclusion of a framework agreement between the contracting authority and one selected supplier. On the basis of this framework agreement, individual purchase contracts will subsequently be concluded (in the form of the contracting authority’s purchase orders confirmed by the supplier) for the above-described subject of performance. The above-mentioned estimated quantity is indicative; the actual quantity during the term of the framework agreement will be ordered according to the contracting authority’s current needs.
