TENDER DESCRIPTION
The town of Stadthagen plans to introduce a DMS no earlier than the end of Q1 2027. The subject of this award is the creation of an overall system and the bringing about of operational readiness. This includes in particular the permanent provision of standard software as well as integration and service services associated with its implementation, such as, for example, support with concepting, software setup, documentation, training, maintenance, servicing and support. The licenses for the DMS solution are purchased outright by the town of Stadthagen (no rental model), installed in its own data center and operated by the town of Stadthagen (no cloud solution).
