TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Stadthagen plans to introduce a DMS at the earliest by the end of Q1 2027. The subject of this procurement is the creation of an overall system and the establishment of operational readiness. This includes in particular the provision of standard software for the long term as well as integration and service services associated with the implementation, such as, for example, support with the conception, configuration of the software, documentation, training, maintenance, servicing and support. The licences for the DMS solution will be purchased by the city of Stadthagen (no lease model), installed in its own data centre and operated by the city of Stadthagen (no cloud solution).
