TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project Experience World German Optical Museum involves the renovation of the listed existing building of the former optician school and a new building annexed to the existing building. Exhibition rooms will be created in the former optician school. The new building will provide barrier-free access to the existing building as well as public functions and ancillary functions necessary for the operation of a museum building. The client for the measure is the German Optical Museum Foundation: - Construction of drywall walls approx. 2,500m² - Construction of drywall ceilings approx. 2,000m² - Construction of curved drywall ceilings approx. 85m² - Construction of acoustic ceilings approx. 570m² - Construction of installation walls approx. 500m² - Insulation of the roof frame approx. 580m² - Closing of the roof on the inside with an installation layer approx. 580m²
