TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project Erlebniswelt Deutsches Optisches Museum involves the refurbishment of the listed existing building of the former Optician School and an extension building attached to the existing building. Exhibition rooms are being created in the former Optician School. The new building provides barrier-free access to the existing building as well as public and ancillary functions required for the operation of a museum building. The client for the measure is the Stiftung Deutsches Optisches Museum: - Construction of drywall (plasterboard) walls approx. 2,500m² - Construction of drywall ceilings approx. 2,000m² - Construction of vaulted drywall ceilings approx. 85m² - Construction of acoustic ceilings approx. 570m² - Construction of installation walls approx. 500m² - Insulation of the roof structure approx. 580m² - Sealing of the roof on the inside with an installation level approx. 580m² The project Erlebniswelt Deutsches Optisches Museum involves the refurbishment of the listed existing building of the former Optician School and an extension building attached to the existing building.
