TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Isle of Wight Council is seeking to commission an external provider to deliver a Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence Needs Assessment to inform future commissioning, service development and strategic planning. The Needs Assessment must be delivered within the agreed contract period (approximately 4–6 months). Timely delivery will depend on effective mobilisation, data access and stakeholder engagement.
