TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is services consisting in the preparation of project documentation for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new Home for Seniors in Český Krumlov. The subject of this public contract consists in particular in the preparation of: a) documentation for the removal of a structure pursuant to Act No 283/2021, the Building Act, as amended by later regulations (“Building Act”), and Decree No 131/2024 Sb., on building documentation, as amended by later regulations (“Decree on building documentation”), b) documentation for authorisation of the intended project pursuant to the Building Act and the Decree on building documentation, c) documentation for the purposes of preparing further stages of project documentation within the public contract to be carried out using the Design & Build method, the scope of which will include in particular the book of rooms and standards (“white book” / “bílá kniha”).
