TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Grond365 and Lood365 applications support the work processes within the Soil department of the Municipality of Amsterdam. Grond365 is the main focus: this application ensures the recording of inventory management, logistic processes and legally required data relating to soil regrading/reuse. Each year Amsterdam moves and reuses large quantities of soil via depots with weighbridges; the application supports this process from request to invoicing. Lood365 is a separate application on the same platform, focused on managing and exchanging data. This application ensures the recording of lead testing, arrangements with residents and reporting. In terms of scale and use, Lood365 is less significant than Grond365; most development work is concentrated on Grond365. The department is looking for a cooperation partner that proactively thinks along about the automation of Amsterdam’s environmentally hygienic and logistical soil processes and how the functionalities of the (power) platform can contribute to this.
