TENDER DESCRIPTION
Upgrading warehouse bases in the Municipality of Markowa – purchase of a backhoe loader 1. The subject matter of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: “Upgrading warehouse bases in the Municipality of Markowa – purchase of a backhoe loader”. 2. The execution of the task will be co-financed as part of the implementation of the programme entitled “Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026”. 3. The detailed description and the quantitative and qualitative scope of the contract are defined, among other things, in the Terms of Reference together with the annexes, including the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the Terms of Reference; the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference in this procedure.
